No transaction fee, at either tier. We never take a percentage of your offering. A church collecting $150,000 a year keeps all of it.

Notifications are charged separately: WhatsApp, SMS and email at cost. Push notification is free.

What it holds

Members and households

One record per person, joined to the household, with the history of who changed what.

Giving and receipts

Recorded against the member, reconciled with the processor, and issued as a tax receipt without a spreadsheet.

Events and rosters

Who is serving, who confirmed, and who has not replied yet.

Child check-in

A printed label, a matching collection code, and a record of who collected.

Android

There is an app, and you can test it today.

Volunteers check people in, look up a member and see the rota from their phone. The Android build is on Google Play's internal testing track now. iOS follows.

Ask for test access

Internal testing, so it is not in public search yet. You accept the invitation once and ChurchFlow appears in your Play Store like any other app.
